  • 12 Zoom Video meetings (60 minutes in length)
    • 2 calls/month
  • Messenger & Email access to Tania
  • Support in between coaching calls with Tania is done via Messenger.
  • We’ll email you your Google file, which will host all your notes, test results, etc.

The goals of the coaching program are tailored to each client. In your initial appointment, we discussed key concepts and/or goals that I would be educating and guiding you on through this program, such as fasting lifestyle, diet variation, blood sugar interpretation, detoxification, and how to time all of that to your hormonal cycle.

I have been practicing intermittent fasting since my mid-20s, typically skipping breakfast and having two meals a day. A few years ago, I switched to a stricter regimen and adopted OMAD (One Meal a Day). Like many who follow OMAD, I believed I could eat whatever I wanted during my 2-3 hour eating window. This approach worked for a while, but eventually, I stopped seeing results and even gained about 10 pounds over 2 years, which was perplexing.

In search of answers, I discovered Dr. Mindy Pelz. Her teachings made a lot of sense for me. I watched her YouTube videos, read her books “Menopause Reset” and “Fast Like a Girl,” and as a logical next step, enrolled in her first-ever certification program. There, I learned the principles of fasting and eating tailored specifically for women, directly from the creator of the system, and began applying these principles to myself.

The biggest realization? I had been fasting for nearly 30 years (which is great), but I had been fasting like a man 🙂 Most fasting literature has been written by men, and I diligently followed their advice. However, the female body regulates differently than the male body, and these differences are particularly pronounced during perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal years. During these stages, it seems that weight clings stubbornly, regardless of how much we exercise or how many green smoothies we drink. This insight has been a game-changer for understanding how to manage my body’s needs more effectively.

I am grateful to Dr. Mindy for creating the “Fast Like a Girl” course, which has taught me and other dedicated coaches how to empower women to take control of their lives through lifestyle modifications.
