What Is Phace Gym?


Introducing Phace Gym, a program designed to teach you self-care and restorative techniques.

As we go through different phases of life, we inevitably begin to pay closer attention to our faces, and rightfully so. Our face is the one part of our body that cannot be concealed. It serves as a canvas for our emotions and communicates our deepest feelings. Often, we are judged based on our facial appearance.

During our 20s, we may not have to invest much time or money into maintaining the beauty of our faces. It seems naturally flawless at that age. However, as each birthday passes, many of us find ourselves dedicating more time and resources to preserving our appearance.


A Proven Workout For The Face

Did you know that your face and neck consist of nearly 70 muscles? Maintaining the fitness of these muscles can greatly influence your facial appearance. Just like exercising other muscles in your body, you can also tone your facial muscles. By incorporating face and neck exercises into your daily routine, you can significantly enhance your appearance and potentially avoid the need for invasive procedures. With just 15 minutes of exercise each day, you can effectively combat the signs of aging!


So if you are searching for a holistic and affordable way to enhance your self-care routine, you might want to explore face fitness. This technique, which involves working out the facial and neck muscles, is a natural and cost-effective option that you could consider.

The results speak for themselves!

In 2014 I conducted a Phace Gym study. A group of 30 participants (primarily my good friends and colleagues) gave DVDs with five sets of face and neck exercises to follow for 60 days. They had to spend 15-20 minutes a day practicing one of two exercise routines alternating them. Those who completed the program had a fantastic transformation. However, only three participants (including myself) finished the study.

The study found that a) Phace Gym does work, and you can look years younger after a few weeks of exercise, and b) motivation gradually disappears when life interferes, and there is no support system in place. This is why this time around, we decided to offer daily group workouts. We get together and exercise 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, for 15-20 minutes.

How does it work?

The Phace Gym program is built on the understanding that the aging process affects the entire body, including the nervous, circulatory, and musculoskeletal systems. It recognizes that the visible signs of aging stem from a combination of visible and invisible processes, such as muscle tension, extension, and deformation, as well as inadequate circulation within the blood and lymphatic systems.

The deformations that occur are influenced by both natural and emotional stressors, and they can be mitigated through specific techniques and practices. It’s important to note that facial muscles differ from other muscles in terms of their size, strength, and function. As time goes by, these muscles undergo deformation due to factors like stress, emotional expressions, gravitational effects, and improper muscle tone (being either excessively tense or relaxed).

By addressing and releasing hypertonicity and hypotonicity in the neck and facial muscles, as well as restoring proper blood and lymph circulation, significant results can be achieved. These efforts contribute to a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

An effective self care system

The Phace Gym system integrates ancient wisdom, cutting-edge anti-aging research, extensive practical experience, and continuous self-experimentation, resulting in a coherent and efficient system. By dedicating just 15-20 minutes of daily exercise over an extended period (at least 3-4 months), you can progressively rejuvenate the muscles and circulatory systems in your face and neck.     Preparation for exercises

    1. Remove makeup (if applicable), wash your face and neck and apply a moisturizer or balm to the skin.
    2. Remove necklaces, earrings, and rings for the duration of the exercise.
    3. Keep your hair away from your face.
    4. Keep your fingernails short, so you are less likely to scratch yourself during the exercises.
    5. Keep your hands clean.
    6. You might need a class: measuring tape, hand mirror, disposable medical gloves, stress ball, wine cork, teaspoon, and vacuum cups.

    During the exercises

    1. Don’t forget to breathe. Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply. Start slowly.
    2. Follow the directions from the instructor.
    3. Notice how you feel and how your muscles respond. You don’t run a marathon until you are ready for it. The same principle applies to the neck and face restoration exercises.
