What Is Phace Gym?


Phace Gym is a program teaching you self-care and restorative techniques.

At a certain phase of our life, we start paying closer attention to our face – and for a good reason. The face is the only part of our body that we cannot hide. It expresses our emotions and, foremost feelings. Often, we are getting judged based on facial appearance. In our 20s, we don’t have to spend a lot of time and money taking care of the face. It is naturally perfect. However, with each new candle on the birthday cake, many start spending more time and resources taking care of their appearance.


A Proven Workout For The Face

While the face and neck exercises are a relatively new approach to anti-aging, they show tremendous potential. They give you the ability to achieve your own non-surgical facelift without a high investment, discomfort, side effects, and inconvenience.

There is a parallel between the emergence of face exercises today and fitness adaptation several decades ago. It seems that gyms and home sports equipment have been around for a long time. But in reality, fitness, as we know it today, began only in the mid-1970s, with some people starting their morning routines by going outside for jogging. However, they weren’t focusing much time on working out like what you see at health clubs nowadays because most Americans didn’t start embracing physical activity until sometime in the 1980s.

I imagine, in several years, face exercises will be a regular part of the daily routine for many women and, possibly, men. There will be virtual face gyms and face self-rejuvenation practices everywhere. People will learn to use their body’s natural ability to restore and rejuvenate itself and practice restorative massages and exercises. But to arrive at this day, we need to create a movement and start with early adopters.

The results speak for themselves!

In 2014 I conducted a Phace Gym study. A group of 30 participants (primarily my good friends and colleagues) gave DVDs with five sets of face and neck exercises to follow for 60 days. They had to spend 15-20 minutes a day practicing one of two exercise routines alternating them. Those who completed the program had a fantastic transformation. However, only three participants (including myself) finished the study.

The study found that a) Phace Gym does work, and you can look years younger after a few weeks of exercise, and b) motivation gradually disappears when life interferes, and there is no support system in place. This is why this time around, we decided to offer daily group workouts. We get together and exercise 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, for 15-20 minutes.

How does it work?

Phace Gym program is based on the premises that the aging process involves the entire body, including nervous, circulatory, and musculoskeletal systems, and that the visible signs of aging are the result of a combination of visible and invisible processes such as the tension, extension, and deformation of the muscles and other tissues beneath the skin and improper blood and lymphatic system circulation. The deformations are caused by natural and emotional stressors and can be minimized using special techniques and practices.

Facial muscles are different from any other muscles in the body (size, strength, function). Over the years, these muscles become deformed due to stress, emotional expressions, gravitation, and other factors (too tense or too relaxed). Releasing hyper- and hypotension in the neck and facial muscles and restoring blood and lymph circulation makes it possible to achieve noticeable results and look younger and refreshed.

An effective self care system

Phace Gym system combines ancient wisdom, the latest anti-aging research, years of practice, and endless self-experimentation, leading to a logical and effective system. By exercising 15-20 minutes daily for an extended period (at least 3-4 months), you will be able to gradually restore the face and neck muscles and circulatory systems that will lead to erasing wrinkles, folds, and as a result, years from your neck and face.

Progress report

  1. Before you start the program, take two BEFORE pictures – front and side (no makeup, daylight, high resolution) 
  2. After 30 days, take two “30-days in” pictures– front and side (no makeup, daylight, high resolution) 
  3. After 60 days, take another set of two “60-days in” pictures – front and side (no makeup, daylight, high resolution) 
  4. After 90 days, take another set of two “90-days in” pictures – front and side (no makeup, daylight, high resolution).

    Preparation for exercises

    1. Remove makeup (if applicable), wash your face and neck and apply a moisturizer or balm to the skin.
    2. Remove necklaces, earrings, and rings for the duration of the exercise.
    3. Keep your hair away from your face.
    4. Keep your fingernails short, so you are less likely to scratch yourself during the exercises.
    5. Keep your hands clean.
    6. You might need a class: measuring tape, hand mirror, disposable medical gloves, stress ball, wine cork, teaspoon, and vacuum cups.

    During the exercises

    1. Don’t forget to breathe. Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply. Start slowly.
    2. Follow the directions from the instructor.
    3. Notice how you feel and how your muscles respond. You don’t run a marathon until you are ready for it. The same principle applies to the neck and face restoration exercises.
